Two weeks after surgery, I returned to my doctor, and he told me exactly what I didn’t want to hear.

I had just 11 weeks to prepare. I trained 6 days a week doing cardio four or five times per week all the way up to the contest day. My diet, training, and entire preparation were self-designed.
