Allow your knees to bend and begin to shift your weight from your left to your right leg. 4. Continue swinging your arms up to the right, finishing in a position opposite to that in Step 2.

Raise your right hand and hold it above your head so that the palm's Laogong point faces the top of your head and the Baihui point. 4. Lean to the right and bend your left leg. Let your right hand swing down to shoulder height and look at it. Bring your left hand up above your head. 5. Alternate between left and right, breathing naturally.

Hold your hands in front of the Dantien, one hand covering the other (men should hold their left hand nearest to their body, women should hold their right hand closest to the body). Keep your back straight. 3. Raise your hands in front of your body until your palms are above your head, and begin to straighten your legs. Meanwhile breathe in. 4. Turn your palms away from you. Separate your two hands so that they circle around and down and finish in front of the Dantien as in Step 2. As your hands circle down, bend your knees and breathe out.
